We are Immanuel Myanmar Church, a loving Evangelical Christian community located in the beautiful, peaceful town of Saint Charles, Illinois— just west of Chicago (about 40 miles from the city center).
Here, we primarily worship in Burmese (Myanmar), creating a familiar and comforting space, especially for those who have recently arrived from Myanmar. At the same time, we warmly embrace the younger generation with special Myanmar–English bilingual worship programs designed just for them.
Because we focus on the Burmese language, anyone coming from Myanmar will feel right at home here — no matter your language challenges, new environment, or needs. We’re here to walk alongside you like family.
We are also a registered 501(c)(3)nonprofit organization.
Whether this is your first time, you’re coming with your whole family, or you simply long to worship in Burmese, you are truly welcome here!

Statement of faith
What We Believe
Our faith is firmly rooted in accepting the Holy Bible as the supreme and final authority. We strongly believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God; that He died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and on the third day rose again bodily from the dead. We proclaim that salvation is available by God's grace through faith alone.
Our Journey
A Warm Family
Immanuel Myanmar Church (IMC) is an Evangelical Christian community located in St. Charles, Illinois. Founded in 2010, we moved into our own building in 2022, providing a welcoming space for Myanmar immigrants and families. Our Sunday worship services blend Burmese and English, aiming to create a family-friendly atmosphere that feels like home, allowing everyone to connect with God and each other.

At Immanuel Myanmar Church, we are deeply committed to nurturing the next generation in faith and love for Jesus. Our Sunday School provides a joyful, Bible-centered space for children every Sunday during our worship service (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM).
