Immanuel Myanmar Church has been a devoted community since 2010, establishing itself as a welcoming haven for Burmese immigrants. Our church found a permanent home in its own building in 2022, solidifying our commitment to serve.

Meet Rev. Manar
Pastor Manar Chai is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Immanuel Myanmar Church (IMC).
In 2010, following God’s calling, he established this church with the vision of creating a spiritual home for Myanmar immigrants and families.
Born and raised in Myanmar, Pastor Manar has faithfully served for over 15 years, by God’s grace, guiding Myanmar families in the Chicago area on their spiritual journey.
His humble heart, loving and compassionate nature, and unwavering faith in the Word of God create a true sense of home for our members, helping everyone draw closer to God.
